Place the jewelry in its original CAL JEWELLERY box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to ensure it arrives safely.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
